Account executive

Key Responsibilities: Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare and maintain financial records, invoices, and vouchers.
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documents (if applicable).
Support audits by providing required financial information.
Maintain accurate accounting data in ERP/accounting software.
Generate financial reports and analyze accounting discrepancies.

Requirements: 1–3 years of accounting experience.
Knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
Proficiency in Excel and accounting software such as Tally, SAP, or Zoho Books.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
