NOC Engineer
Key Responsibilities: Monitor network devices, servers, applications, and connectivity using monitoring tools.
Analyze alerts and events, investigate root causes, and take corrective actions.
Provide Level-1 support for network, server, and application-related incidents.
Escalate unresolved issues to Level-2/Level-3 support teams as per defined procedures.
Track incidents through their lifecycle and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain operational documentation, incident records, and shift handover reports.
Perform routine checks on system health, backups, and service availability.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors during outages and maintenance activities.
Support change management and scheduled maintenance activities.
Ensure adherence to SLAs, operational processes, and security guidelines.
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.
Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or ITIL Foundation are preferred.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
